利用 SDS- PAGE电泳技术对宁夏灌区近几年新育成的 14 5份小麦品系材料进行了 HMW谷蛋白亚基遗传变异研究。结果表明 :宁夏灌区小麦新育成品系具有丰富的遗传变异类型 ,共检测到 16种亚基和 2 0种亚基组合类型 ,比育成品种增加了 7种亚基和 8种亚基组合类型。其中具有 5 +10亚基的品系所占比例为 86 .9% ,具有2 * 亚基的占 6 5 .5 % ,具优质亚基组合类型 2 * 、17+18(7+8)、5 +10的品系有 12份。品质评分表明 ,新育成小麦品系品质评分在 4~ 10分 ,平均 8.6分
The genetic variation of HMW glutenin subunit (HMW) was studied by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis on 14 5 wheat cultivars newly cultivated in Ningxia irrigation area in recent years. The results showed that the new wheat breeding lines in Ningxia irrigation area were rich in genetic variation types. A total of 16 subunits and 20 subunit combinations were detected, and 7 subunits and 8 subunit combinations were added to the cultivars. Among them, the lines with 5 +10 subunits accounted for 86.9%, with 2 * subunits accounting for 65.5%, with excellent subunit combinations of 2 *, 17 + 18 (7 + 8), 5 There are 12 lines of +10. The quality score showed that the quality scores of newly-grown wheat lines ranged from 4 to 10, with an average of 8.6 points
