不知不觉,高三第一学期已经进入尾声,莘莘学子面对纷至沓来的学习任务和不久之后的高考,压力不言而喻,能以良好的心态应对高三学习压力是每个学生内心都深深渴望的状态。面对压力,积极的心理暗示作用不可忽视且简单易行。有人问我,是不是每个人都可以利用积极的心理暗示将自己的状态向积极的方向引导呢?我给了他肯定的回答——暗示。是一种心理影响,能让人在不知不觉中在心理上朝着暗示的方向转变。如果懂得利用言语、环境、动作等等进行积极的自我暗示,在学习中、考场上就能发挥出正常水平甚而可以超常发挥,给自己带来事半功倍的收效。
