一、旅游业的发展要求加快旅游价格改革我国旅游价格经多年改革,已突破了以低价亏损为特征的政治接待型体制,建立了以合理收费为标志的商业经营型体制:出台了一系列放权搞活的改革措施,形成了大体适应旅游产品性质和市场供求的多种灵活价格形式;较大幅度地提高了旅游价格水平,缩小了国内价格同国际市场价格的差距。从而有力地促进了旅游事业的发展。1992年来我国旅游的入境人数为3811.4万人,比1991年增长14.3%,旅游外汇总收入39.46亿美元,比上年增长了38.7%。
