泰国曼谷苏瓦纳布米机场连接线路轨道工程主线全部为高架线,正线采用无砟轨道,线间距为4 m,列车运行速度为160 km/h。该线轨道按UIC标准设计,基本轨采用UIC60钢轨制造,尖轨采用UIC60B制造,轨距为1 435 mm。正线采用9、12号单开道岔,其中包括2组曲线渡线道岔。车辆段为有砟轨道,采用6号单开道岔。由于列车运行速度较高,并采用UIC标准,对道岔的设计提出了较高的要求。结合曼谷轻轨道岔的设计,介绍道岔的平面线型、结构设计、扣件系统、轨下基础等关键技术。
