本刊就“如何加快发展我国数控机床”为题举办的笔谈,在上期与本期共登载14篇文章,参加笔谈的既有政府主管部门的领导,也有生产企业与科研单位的领导,他们从不同角度,各抒已见,对如何加快发展我国数控机床进行深层次探讨,提出了一些带有战略性的观点,充分反映了我国当前推动数控技术发展的一些决策人士的思虑与见解,极有代表性与权威性,值得我们高度重视,并从中吸取教益。 我国数控机床从50年代后期就开始研制,但由于种种原因的影响,几起几落,发展十分缓慢。直到改革开放以来,与国外经济贸易及技术广泛交流,技术引进与合作日益增多,情况才有了根本改变。随着近年来我国经济迅速增长,加上国家对发展数控技术的积极支持,至今我国数控机床在开发、生产和使用方面都已有一定
The journal on “How to Accelerate the Development of China’s CNC Machine Tools” was held in pen talks. A total of 14 articles were published in the previous issue and the current issue. Leaders of the existing government departments participated in the talks, as well as leaders of production companies and research institutes. From different perspectives, all parties have seen how to speed up the development of China’s CNC machine tools and discussed in depth, put forward some strategic viewpoints, and fully reflected the thinking and opinions of some policy-makers who are currently promoting the development of CNC technology in China. Representativeness and authority are worthy of our great attention and draw lessons from it. China’s CNC machine tools began to be developed from the late 1950s, but due to various reasons, several ups and downs, and development is very slow. Since the reform and opening up, extensive exchanges with foreign economies, trade, and technology, and the increasing introduction of technology and cooperation have only changed the situation fundamentally. With the rapid growth of China’s economy in recent years and the country’s active support for the development of CNC technology, China’s CNC machine tools have been developed, produced and used.
