本文采用免疫组化方法研究家兔急性受热时HSP70和Fn的组织分布及再定位。抗HSP70单克隆抗体和Fn抗血清稀释度为1:1000和1:100。结呆发现,在正常情况下肾脏可较多地表达HSP70,其荧光着色布满于肾小球及肾小管。而肝脏、脾脏和心脏均未检出HSP70,30min受热后亦未见任何变化,直至受热60和90min后方可见到散在荧光着色。正常情况下,Fn在肝、肾、心、脾等脏器均存在。受热之后各组织内的荧光下降,且下降程度与受热时间成正相关。提示受热作用后,家兔HSP70和Fn的组织分布均有变化。其原因及其与组织损伤的关系有待进一步研究。
In this paper, immunohistochemistry was used to study the tissue distribution and relocation of HSP70 and Fn in rabbits during acute heat exposure. Anti-HSP70 monoclonal antibody and Fn antisera diluted 1: 1000 and 1: 100. Results found that, under normal circumstances the kidneys can express more HSP70, its fluorescent staining covered in the glomerular and renal tubules. The liver, spleen and heart were not detected HSP70, 30min after heating has not seen any change, until heated to 60 and 90min after the visible fluorescent staining. Under normal circumstances, Fn in liver, kidney, heart, spleen and other organs are present. Fluorescence in each tissue decreased after heat exposure, and the degree of decrease was positively correlated with heat time. Prompted the heating effect, the rabbit HSP70 and Fn tissue distribution have changed. The reason and its relationship with tissue damage remains to be further studied.
