随着市场经济的深入发展,出版社面临的竞争愈加激烈,在此形势下,策划编辑工作在出版流程中的作用也就显得越来越重要。总的来看,策划编辑工作在出版流程中地位的变化主要是受两方面因素作用的。一是随着出版业社会化分工加剧,各工种细分,必然要把策划这一环节突显出来,使之独立性加强。另一方面,随着市场经济发展,激烈竞争必然要求在原有的单纯文字编辑中分离出一些懂经济会管理的复合型专业人才来专门从事整个图书运作,即所谓的策划编辑。新的工作特点要求这部分人必须具备更全面的知识结构来适应此项工作的挑战。
With the further development of market economy, the competition that publishers face is more and more fierce. Under this circumstance, it is more and more important to plan the editorial work in publishing process. In general, changes in the status of planning and editing work in the publishing process are mainly influenced by two factors. First, with the intensification of the social division of labor in the publishing industry and the breakdown of various types of work, it is inevitable that the link of planning should be highlighted to make it more independent. On the other hand, with the development of the market economy, fierce competition will inevitably require the separation of some of the existing complex literary editors who specialize in the entire book operation, which is the so-called planning editor. The new job features require that some people have a more comprehensive knowledge structure to meet the challenge of the job.
