本文提出了测量多缸机单缸充气效率的两种方法:流速—压力波法和压力波法。应用流速—压力波法,须测量各缸进气歧管靠近进气门处的平均流速波和同一测量截面的压力波;而压力波法,须测量进气门前后的压力波。文中阐述了两种方法的测量方案和计算原理,并列出了计算公式。试验研究表明,两种方法的测量结果显示出良好的一致性,各缸充气效率的平均值也与整机充气效率的实测值相符。可作为一种新手段判断多缸机各缸进气充量的均匀性。
In this paper, two methods to measure the charging efficiency of multi-cylinder single cylinder are proposed: flow rate-pressure wave method and pressure wave method. The application of flow rate - pressure wave method, to be measured in each cylinder intake manifold near the average flow velocity at the inlet and the same measurement cross-section of the pressure wave; and pressure wave method, to measure the intake valve before and after the pressure wave. In this paper, the measurement schemes and calculation principles of the two methods are expounded and the calculation formulas are listed. Experimental results show that the two methods show good agreement with each other, and the average value of the charging efficiency of each cylinder is also consistent with the measured value of the charging efficiency of the whole machine. Can be used as a new means to judge the multi-cylinder engine intake charge uniformity.
