1984年,由原国家经委和原航空工业部组建并共同领导的中国设备管理培训中心在西安市西北工业大学成立,迄今已整十年了。十年中,我们以宣传、贯彻《全民所有制工业交通企业设备管理条例》为中心开展培训工作,为全国各工业部委、各省（市）、自治区和大中型国有企业共举办98期培训和研讨班,培训设备厂长（总师）、科（处）长和维修技术人员共6000余人,为保证企业设备完好、有效和提高设备投资效益做出了有益的贡献。 一、把设备综合管理作为培训基本内容 设备综合管理是适合我国国情的企业设备管理模式,在《设备管理条例》中把推行综合管理作为企业设备管理的主要任务之一。由于它突破了传统的设备维修观念,又体现了我国设备管理改革的方向,所以,我们将它作为培训的基本内容。通过讲解、研讨和小结,
In 1984, the China Equipment Management Training Center, which was established and co-led by the former State Economic Commission and the former Ministry of Aviation Industry, was established at Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xi’an. It has been for ten years now.
