本院在1976年6月～1978年2月收治11例小儿原发性心肌病,现报道于下。一、临床资料 1.诊断标准参照中山医院之诊断标准,本组病例均具备下列四项中至少一项。(1)心脏增大,尤其是X线示心影呈球形增大,而无其它原因可查者;(2)充血性心力衰竭不伴有其它心脏病者;(3)心电图示S—T段和T波变化或有各种心律失常,而无其他原因者;(4)有昏厥发作,同时心脏扩大,而无其他原因者。
