Fe3Al基合金的焊接问题是其实用化所要面临的问题之一。依据国内外近年来对Fe3Al基合金的焊接性能研究结果,综述了Fe3Al基合金焊接中存在的冷裂纹、热裂纹及接头区组织性能不理想等问题及其原因。由于该合金的焊接性较差,尽管目前针对这些问题所采取的措施是有效的,但焊接工艺条件苛刻,实施难度大,实用性有限。因此进一步开展该合金焊接冶金性能方面的研究,加深理论上的认识,探索新的解决办法是很有必要的。
The welding of Fe3Al-based alloy is one of the problems to be put into practical use. According to the research results of the welding properties of Fe3Al-based alloys at home and abroad in recent years, the problems of cold cracks and hot cracks in the Fe3Al-based alloy welding and the unsatisfactory microstructure and properties of the joints are summarized. Due to the poor weldability of the alloy, despite the current measures taken to address these issues is effective, but the welding conditions harsh, difficult to implement, practicality is limited. Therefore, it is necessary to further carry out research on the properties of the alloy welding metallurgy, deepen the theoretical understanding and explore new solutions.
