目的观察茶多酚(teapolyphenols,TP)对飞行人员球结膜微循环(bulbarconjunctivamicrocirculation,BCM)的影响,为飞行员选择合适的天然药品,以提高其健康水平。方法40名健康疗养飞行人员随机分为两组,试验组服TP600mg/d×20d,对照组服安慰剂,于20d后检查BCM。结果与对照组相比,试验组微血管数明显增加(P<0.01);微血流速度明显加快(P<0.05);红细胞聚集明显减轻(P<0.05);缺血区明显减少(P<0.01);A/V比值明显变小(P<0.01)。结论TP可明显改善飞行人员的微循环功能状态。
Objective To investigate the effect of teapolyphenols (TP) on bulbar conjunctival microcirculation (BCM) in pilots and to select suitable natural medicines for pilots to improve their health. Methods Forty health-care pilots were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received TP600mg / d × 20d, the control group received placebo, and the BCM was examined after 20 days. Results Compared with the control group, the number of microvessels in the experimental group increased significantly (P <0.01), the microvascular velocity increased significantly (P <0.05), the erythrocyte aggregation decreased significantly (P <0.05) (P <0.01). The A / V ratio decreased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion TP can significantly improve the functional status of the microcirculation of pilots.
