Arterial portal venous CT enhanced scan (CTAP) on the evaluation of portal vein blood supply of liver tumors is an important method for the differential diagnosis of early liver cancer and related liver lesions. To clarify the characteristics of CTAP-induced defects in arterial-portal vein shunt (APS), we retrospectively studied 25 non-neoplastic APS confirmed by hepatic arteriography in 266 CTAP patients.
