宁夏回族自治区高级人民法院经济审判庭依法审理了宁夏乡企局供销公司等五家企业诉银川市人民政府牛皮羊毛购销合同纠纷案,判决银川市政府退还五家原告巨额预付款并偿还应得的利息,总计六百余万元。银川市政府已按期履行了判决。建国三十多年来,自治区首府、省会所在市的人民政府作被告还是第一次。人们普遍受到震动。这是我国健全法制的又一良好范例。 Economic Tribunal of Higher People’s Court of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region handled five cases of supply and marketing companies such as Ningxia Township Bureau and Enterprise Bureau v.
