Invigorating foreign trade is an important way to develop economy. In the era of war, only by vigorously developing foreign trade can we enhance the power to compete with the enemy. This article analyzes the self-factors of the foreign trade in Jizhong Liberated Area during the War of Liberation and the comparison of the strength of both the enemy and ourselves, demonstrates and reveals the possibility of the Communist Party vigorously developing foreign trade.
