我国经济发展越来越好,越来越多的人口涌入城市,这就导致城市人口数量已经远远超出其能够承受的范围,如何有效解决因人口增多而导致用地问题已经成为人们关注的焦点。超高层建筑因其用地少,居住人口多,逐渐被建筑企业重视起来。但是,超高层建筑也有着很大的弊端,那就是其施工难度比较大,由于楼层高,必须要对地基、施工技术以及牢固性严格把关,这是以往其他建筑结构施工不能满足的。为了保证超高层建筑的牢固性与安全性,施工企业选择钢结构体系和构件改造来建造建筑体,这种建筑方式能够最大限度地提高建筑物的质量、荷载量以及安全性,还能有效解决在建设高层建筑时遇到的技术难题。本文主要介绍我国超高层建筑钢结构发展历程,并且对其施工技术进行分析,希望能够强化超高层建筑钢结构施工的管理工作,对国家基础工程建设提供一些帮助。
The economic development in our country is getting better and better, more and more people are pouring into the cities, which leads the urban population already far beyond the range that it can afford. How to effectively solve the problem of land use caused by population growth has become the focus of attention . Due to its low land use and large population, super-high-rise buildings are gradually being valued by construction enterprises. However, super high-rise buildings also have great drawbacks, that is, their construction is more difficult, because of the high floors, must be strict control of foundation, construction technology and solidity, which is the previous construction of other structures can not meet. In order to ensure the robustness and safety of super tall buildings, construction companies choose to rebuild steel structures and components to build buildings that maximize the quality, load and safety of buildings while also effectively addressing Technical problems encountered in the construction of high-rise buildings. This article mainly introduces the development history of China’s super high-rise building steel structure, and analyzes its construction technology, hoping to strengthen the management of super high-rise building steel structure construction, and provide some help to the national basic construction.
