为了满足我国东南沿海地区农田排灌、盐场制盐、海水养殖、滩涂改造等低扬程、大流量提水作业的需要。中国农机院、江苏兴化拖拉机厂、浙江省机科所、和浙江巷南机械厂共同研制了具有国内先进水平的FDG—5型风力提水机组。该机组属于国家“六五”科技攻关项目,去年11月通过国家级鉴定。 FDG—5型风力提水机组的研制充分应用了现代试验技术和计算机优化设计。在国内首次采用螺旋泵与风力机配套,其风轮采用了新设计的荷兰式叶片,结构新颖,气动特性良好。现场测试结果:风速小于3米╱秒时即可运转提水,在额定风速以内风轮可自动迎风,当风速大于额定风速时其侧翼配重调速机构即开
In order to meet the needs of farmland drainage and drainage, saltworks salt making, seawater aquaculture and beach renovation in China’s southeastern coastal areas, such as low-lift and large-flow water lifting operations.
