反相萃取柱色层分离法具有分离效率高、操作简便、毒性小等优点,目前已成为分析工作者研究的重要领域。本文所拟定的铊(Ⅲ)的反相萃取柱色层分离法,以聚四氟乙烯为担体,磷酸三丁酯为固定相,10%盐酸作杂质解脱液,1M NaAc作铊的解脱液,不仅分离效率高,且回收率在99%以上(用结晶紫光度法测定),方法简便、快速、选择性高、再现性好,能用于矿石中0.0002%以上铊的测定。在解脱铊后,还可用10ml 0.5%Na_2SO_3溶液解脱金,进行金的测定(测定结果见表3)。
Column chromatography with reversed-phase extraction has the advantages of high separation efficiency, simple operation, low toxicity and so on. It has become an important field of analytical workers. The developed method of reversed-phase column chromatography for the extraction of thallium (Ⅲ) in this paper is based on polytetrafluoroethylene as carrier, tributyl phosphate as stationary phase, 10% hydrochloric acid as impurity solution, 1M NaAc as thallium solution, The method has the advantages of high separation efficiency and recovery of more than 99% (determined by crystal violet spectrophotometry). The method is simple, rapid, selective and reproducible, and can be used for the determination of thallium above 0.0002% in ores. After the release of thallium, 10ml of 0.5% Na_2SO_3 solution can also be used to release gold, gold determination (measured results in Table 3).
