设计合成Al~(3+)荧光探针L(2-((E)-((2-(((E)-(4-硝基苯基)二氮烯基)苯基)氨基)乙基)亚氨基)甲基喹啉-8-醇),并利用元素分析、核磁、质谱等方法对探针结构进行表征。该探针在溶液中本身荧光很弱,但Al3+结合后荧光显著增强。由此,建立了一种测定Al~(3+)的新方法。该方法对Al~(3+)测定的线性范围为1×10~(-8)~1.4×10~(-6) mol/L,检出限为5.8×10~(-9) mol/L,相对标准偏差为5.89%,回收率在96.5%~105.9%之间,具有选择性好、灵敏度高、线性范围宽、操作简单等优点。
The design and synthesis of Al 3+ fluorescent probe L (2 - ((E) - (2 - ((E) - (4 - nitrophenyl) diazenyl) ) Imino) methylquinolin-8-ol), and the structure of the probe was characterized by elemental analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry. The probe itself is weakly fluorescent in solution, but fluorescence is significantly enhanced upon Al3 + binding. Thus, a new method for the determination of Al ~ (3+) was established.
