在现有理论研究基础上,将创业学习划分为经验学习、认知学习和实践学习等不同维度,并基于中国独特的制度、市场和文化背景构建创业网络对创业学习的影响模型,深入探讨创业网络对创业学习的作用机理。来自于杭州和长春企业样本数据的实证分析结果显示,创业网络是创业学习(经验学习、认知学习和实践学习)的重要前因,但不同类型的创业网络(个体关系、商业关系和政治关系)对经验学习、认知学习和实践学习的影响存在一定的差异。
Based on the existing theoretical research, entrepreneurial learning is divided into different dimensions of experience learning, cognitive learning and practical learning. Based on China’s unique system, market and cultural background, this paper constructs a model of entrepreneurship network’s impact on entrepreneurship learning, The Mechanism of Network on Entrepreneurship Learning. Empirical analysis of sample data from Hangzhou and Changchun shows that entrepreneurial networks are the important antecedents of entrepreneurial learning (experiential learning, cognitive learning and practical learning), but different types of entrepreneurial networks (individual relations, business relations and political relations There are some differences between the empirical learning, cognitive learning and practical learning.
