癌症的个体化治疗意味着对某一个体特定的癌肿提出特别的治疗策略。利用基因表达谱行癌症分类对癌症的个体化治疗尤为重要,DNA芯片分析可把肺癌分成3大类,表达免疫基因的肺癌生存期明显长于表达增殖基因的肺癌。治疗前的基因表达谱分析可用来预测治疗效果和选择药物,而人种的差异可能在癌症个体化治疗中扮演着重要的角色。近年来热门的靶向药物癌症治疗使我们清楚地知道,人种的差异其基础是基因的差异,利用这种差异,癌症极有可能实行个体化治疗。
Individualized treatment of cancer means that specific treatment strategies for specific cancer in an individual are proposed. The use of gene expression profiling cancer classification is particularly important for individualized treatment of cancer, DNA chip analysis can be divided into three major categories of lung cancer, lung cancer immune genes expressed significantly longer survival than lung cancer cells that express proliferative genes. Pre-treatment gene expression profiling can be used to predict treatment effectiveness and drug choice, while ethnic differences may play an important role in the individualized treatment of cancer. The popularity of targeted drug therapies for cancer in recent years has made it clear to us that ethnic differences are based on genetic differences that make it extremely likely that cancers are treated individually.
