目的 探讨人原发性肝细胞癌 (HCC )组织中Fas、Fas配体 (fasligand ,FasL)的表达水平与HCC发生和预后的关系。方法 采用免疫组化 (SP)法 ,检测 3 1例HCC原发灶中Fas、FasL的表达水平。结果 3 1例HCC组织中有 2 3例 ( 74.2 %)FasL表达阳性 ,明显高于癌旁组织 ,P <0 .0 5 ;Fas阳性表达 16例 ( 5 1.6%)与癌旁组比较 ,P >0 .0 5。同时发现正常肝细胞Fas定位于细胞质和细胞膜上 ,而在肝癌细胞Fas定位于细胞质内。在有转移和无转移的HCC患者中 ,FasL表达的阳性率分别为 85 .7%和5 0 .0 %,两者比较 ,P <0 .0 5 ;相反 ,有转移者Fas表达率 ( 3 3 .3 %)明显低于无转移者 ( 90 .0 %) ,P <0 .0 1。结论 Fas、FasL的异常表达 ,在HCC的发生和预后方面可能起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Fas and Fas ligand (FasL) and the occurrence and prognosis of HCC in human primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues. Methods Immunohistochemical (SP) method was used to detect the expression of Fas and FasL in 31 cases of primary HCC. Results The expression of FasL was positive in 23 cases (74.2%) of 31 cases of HCC, which was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (P < 0.05). The positive expression of Fas in 16 cases (5 1.6%) was comparable to that in the paracancer group. >0. 0 5. At the same time, it was found that Fas of normal liver cells was localized on the cytoplasm and the cell membrane, while Fas of hepatoma cells was localized in the cytoplasm. In patients with and without metastasis, the positive rate of FasL expression was 85.7% and 50.0%, respectively, and the two were compared, P<0.05; on the contrary, there was a Fas expression rate of metastasis (3 (3. 3%) were significantly lower than those without metastasis (90.0%), P <0.01. Conclusion The abnormal expression of Fas and FasL may play an important role in the occurrence and prognosis of HCC.
