科技档案,是科技人员在科学技术研究和生产过程中直接形成的具有保存价值的文字、图表、声像等不同形式的历史记录。科学、完整、规范的档案管理,不仅是对科技人员劳动的一种肯定和认可,也对今后的科技研究起到了参考、传承和发展的作用。现根据本单位的情况浅谈一下目前科技档案管理存在的问题及对策。

Scientific, complete and standardized archives management not only affirmed and recognized the workmanship of science and technology personnel, but also played a reference, inheritance and development role in the future scientific and technological research. Now based on the unit’s situation to talk about the current problems of scientific and technological archives management and countermeasures.
