手术切除是目前肝癌各种治疗方法中远期疗效最佳的方法。近年来随着肝癌早诊、早治、综合治疗及肿瘤外科生物学概念的进步,使得肝癌外科治疗的整体疗效有了较大提高。我院自1987年11月以来手术切除原发性肝癌47例,现着重就手术适应证及方法问题予以研讨。
Surgical resection is the best method for long-term curative effect of various treatment methods of liver cancer. In recent years, with the advances in the concept of early diagnosis, early treatment, comprehensive treatment and oncological surgery biology of liver cancer, the overall curative effect of surgical treatment of liver cancer has been greatly improved. Since November of 1987, 47 cases of primary liver cancer have been surgically removed in our hospital. We will focus on the discussion of surgical indications and methods.
