With the development of semiconductor technology and the improvement of military target detection requirements, the time-domain measurement method which uses the pulse of nanosecond rising edge to detect the target has drawn more and more attention. The article briefly analyzes the advantages of time-domain measurements. And a brief analysis of its working principle. Focus on the deconvolution method. And the issue of resolution is given a discussion.
