目的:探讨神经生长因子对脊髓初级传入纤维侧支出芽有无促进作用。方法:切断SD大鼠脊髓左侧L1~L3、L5~L6脊神经背根,留L4作为备用根,硬膜下置入导管给予神经生长因子。应用酶组织化学与图像分析检测脊髓后角第Ⅱ板层无髓传入纤维终末标记物——抗氟化物酸性磷酸酶(fluoridere-sistantacidphosphatase,FRAP)的活性变化。结果:生理盐水组手术侧L3节段第Ⅱ板层内FRAP含量在术后20d内逐渐减少,至术后50d见FRAP含量回升;神经生长因子组相应平面FRAP含量较生理盐水组明显增多。结论:神经生长因子对脊髓背根侧支出芽有促进作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of nerve growth factor on sprouting of primary afferent fibers in spinal cord. Methods: The dorsal root of L1 ~ L3 and L5 ~ L6 spinal nerves on the left side of spinal cord of SD rats were cut off, L4 was taken as the spare root, and nerve growth factor was administered into the dura mater. The changes of the activity of fluoride-free acid phosphatase (FRAP), a non-myelinated fiber marker, in the second layer of the posterior horn of the spinal cord were detected by enzyme histochemistry and image analysis. Results: The content of FRAP in the L3 layer of the L3 segment of the saline group decreased gradually within 20 days after operation, and the content of FRAP increased 50 days after the operation. The content of FRAP in the nerve growth factor group increased significantly compared with the saline group. Conclusion: Nerve growth factor can promote sprouting of dorsal root of dorsal root
