以亚硫酸氢钠(NaHSO3)和高锰酸钾(KMnO4)为原料,通过W/O乳状液模板技术制备了单分散纳米MnO2。用SEM和FT-IR手段对样品的形貌和成分进行了表征,并与均相反应制得的样品进行了比较。结果发现用本方法制得的纳米MnO2微粒单分散好,球形更规整,粒径大。FT-IR谱图也同时反映了粒径不同的两种样品所出现的量子尺寸效应。结合实验事实和样品特性,初步探讨了单分散纳米MnO2的形成机理。
Monodisperse nano-MnO2 was prepared by W / O emulsion template using sodium bisulfite (NaHSO3) and potassium permanganate (KMnO4) as raw materials. The morphology and composition of the samples were characterized by SEM and FT-IR, and compared with samples prepared by homogeneous reaction. It was found that the nano-MnO2 particles prepared by the method are monodispersed, the spherical shape is more regular and the particle size is larger. The FT-IR spectra also reflect the quantum size effects of the two samples with different particle sizes. Combined with experimental facts and sample characteristics, the formation mechanism of monodispersed nano-MnO2 was discussed preliminarily.
