目的:了解梧州市托幼机构集体儿童生长发育状况及儿童保健工作情况,评价近3年集体儿童保健工作质量及效果,为提高儿童健康水平提供依据。方法:对梧州市8间托幼机构集体儿童进行健康检查,采用WHO推荐的儿童体格生长参数进行评价。结果:梧州市集体儿童2009年体重、身高达均值及均值以上标准分别是40.50%、49.40%;2010年为42.87%、52.20%;2011年为45.53%。54.16%;集体儿童营养不良患病率(低体重、发育迟缓、消瘦)2009年分别为1.6%、1.2%、1.2%;2010年分别为1.5%、1.0%、1.0%;2011年分别为1.1%、0.7%、0.7%;肥胖发生率3年间分别为1.0%、1.3%、1.4%。龋齿发生率3年间分别为25.8%、24.7%、21.8%。结论:广西梧州市集体儿童生长发育符合自然生长规律。集体儿童体重、身高达均值及以上标准逐年提高。营养不良患病率呈下降趋势,但体重达标率未达50%以上。与发达地区相比存在距离。今后应进一步加强托幼机构的膳食营养管理,指导家长养成儿童良好的饮食习惯。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the situation of children’s health and development of children in kindergartens and nurseries in Wuzhou City, assess the quality and effectiveness of child health care in recent 3 years, and provide basis for improving children’s health. Methods: The health checkup was conducted on 8 children in kindergartens in Wuzhou city. The physical fitness parameters of children recommended by the WHO were used for evaluation. Results: The body mass, average height and mean value of the collective children in Wuzhou in 2009 were 40.5% and 49.4% respectively, 42.87% and 52.2% in 2010 and 45.53% in 2011 respectively. 54.16%. The prevalence rates of malnutrition (low birth weight, stunting and weight loss) in collective children were 1.6%, 1.2% and 1.2% respectively in 2009 and 1.5%, 1.0% and 1.0% respectively in 2010 and 1.1% respectively in 2011 %, 0.7% and 0.7% respectively. The prevalence of obesity was 1.0%, 1.3% and 1.4% in three years respectively. The prevalence of dental caries was 25.8%, 24.7% and 21.8% in three years respectively. Conclusion: The growth and development of collective children in Wuzhou of Guangxi comply with the law of natural growth. Collective child weight, height up to the average and the above criteria increase year by year. Prevalence of malnutrition showed a downward trend, but the rate of weight loss did not reach more than 50%. Compared with developed areas there is a distance. In the future, we should further strengthen the nutrition management of nurseries and kindergartens, and guide parents to develop good eating habits for children.
