目的解剖分析开放式横型与开放式纵型膝半月板损伤手术径路。方法对成人下肢标本52膝随机分为两组各26膝,分别模拟开放式横型与开放式纵型手术径路,解剖观测径路切口及主要相关结构。结果膝内侧径路切口纵型长(78.82±6.36)mm,横型长(55.64±9.82)mm;膝外侧径路切口纵型长(67.76±6.84)mm;横型长(54.82±8.42)mm。结论开放式横型径路比开放式纵型径路治疗半月板损伤切口小,解剖层次结构简单,半月板显露充分;术后随访效果满意,有望取代开放式纵型径路。
Objective To anatomically analyze open horizontal and open longitudinal knee meniscus injuries. Methods Fifty-two knees of adult lower extremity specimens were randomly divided into two groups of 26 knees. The open lateral and open longitudinal surgical pathways were simulated respectively. The pathological incisions and related structures were observed anatomically. Results The length of knee incision was 78.82 ± 6.36 mm in length and 55.64 ± 9.82 mm in length. The length of lateral knee incision was 67.76 ± 6.84 mm in length and 54.82 ± 8.42 mm in length. Conclusions The open transverse path is superior to open longitudinal path in the treatment of meniscal incision. The anatomical structure is simple and the meniscus is well exposed. The follow-up result is satisfactory and is expected to replace the open longitudinal path.
