根据教育部的相关规定，高校对大一新生开设了职业生涯规划课程。已有研究表明开设该课程客观上提高了学生的职业生涯规划意识，具有积极作用。但是在授课过程中也存在一些问题导致授课效果并不十分理想，本文对出现该问题的原因和对策进行了分析，希望对完善《职业生涯规划》课程的教学起到绵薄之力。
