神泉站气处理装置冷换系统核心设备制冷压缩机为YORK公司的RWBⅡ-399E型旋转式螺杆压缩机组。目前装置实际日处理量为22~25×104m3,且原料气组分与设计处相比较,重组分增加,冷换系统一直处于高负荷,低效率运行状态,严重的影响了产品的质量和产量,本文通过对冷换系统物流交换的分析,结合现场实际情况,查找冷换系统存在的问题,对冷换系统进行工艺改造,使制冷压缩机有效输出功率从58%提高到94%,达到提高产品产量、节能降耗的目的。
