本文系统研究了常见金属离子对氢化发生—原子荧光光谱测汞的干扰,并给出干扰离子的最低干扰浓度及干扰消除方法。结果表明:1000倍的铁、铜、锌、铅、镉在测试条件下对汞的测定基本没有干扰,而小于汞50倍的锰和小于汞10倍的银对汞的测定产生明显的负干扰。在过硫酸钾氧化消解作用下,并用盐酸羟胺回滴,可以消除锰的干扰;卤素离子大大降低银的干扰。
In this paper, the interferences of common metal ions on mercury determination by hydrogenation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry were systematically studied. The minimum interference concentration and the method of eliminating interference were given. The results showed that 1000 times of Fe, Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd did not interfere with the determination of mercury under the test conditions. However, manganese less than 50 times mercury and silver less than 10 times mercury produced obvious negative interference . In potassium persulfate oxidation and digestion, and hydroxylamine hydrochloride back drop, you can eliminate the interference of manganese; halogen ions greatly reduce the interference of silver.
