中国计量测试学会石英稳频技术委员会于1986年7月9日～15日在长沙举行了全体委员工作会议。会议决定:第四届全国晶振比对测试工作将于1987年10月在北京举行,此次比对测试的特点是:扩大晶振比对测试范围(新增温补晶振等),比对测试期间拟举办晶振技术讲座、特殊电路介绍、产品展销等活动。第四届全国晶振比对测试的评比办法,将在第三届基础上修改完善,青年人(35岁以下,含35岁)的比对除参考全国评比外,将另行排定名次。第四届比对除继续评选“优秀晶振”外,拟增设“优秀比对产品”奖,若有同一频率
The Quartz Frequency Stabilization Technical Committee of the Chinese Society for Measurement and Testing held a working meeting of all members in Changsha from July 9th to 15th, 1986. The meeting decided that the fourth National Jingzheng comparison test will be held in Beijing in October 1987. The features of the comparison test are: the expansion of the crystal-to-crystal ratio test range (newly added crystal oscillator, etc.) during the comparison test period. It is planned to hold crystal vibration technology lectures, special circuit introductions, product exhibitions and other activities. The evaluation method of the 4th National Jingzheng Comparative Test will be revised and improved on the basis of the third session. The comparison of young people (under 35 years old, including 35 years old) will be ranked separately except for reference to the national competition. In addition to continuing the selection of “Excellent Jingzhen”, the fourth competition will be added with the “Excellent Comparison Product” award if there is the same frequency.
