目的探讨血液透析滤过治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床效果。方法 84例慢性肾功能衰竭患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组42例。对照组患者采取常规血液透析,研究组患者采取血液透析滤过治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的尿素氮、甲状旁腺激素、肌酐、β_2微球蛋白水平及不良反应情况。结果治疗前两组患者的尿素氮、甲状旁腺激素、肌酐、β_2微球蛋白水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的尿素氮水平为(17±4)mmol/L,甲状旁腺激素水平为(117±37)ng/L,肌酐水平为(1327±57)μmol/L,β_2微球蛋白水平为(11±3)mg/L;对照组患者的尿素氮水平为(20±7)mmol/L,甲状旁腺激素水平为(597±39)ng/L,肌酐水平为(367±61)μmol/L,β_2微球蛋白水平为(22±5)mg/L;研究组患者的各项生化检验值明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率23.81%(10/42)明显低于对照组的7.14%(3/42),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾功能衰竭患者采取血液透析滤过治疗,可以使相关症状得到明显改善,患者预后良好,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemodiafiltration in the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods Eighty-four patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine hemodialysis. The patients in the study group were treated with hemodiafiltration, and the levels of urea nitrogen, parathyroid hormone, creatinine and β - microglobulin before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in blood urea nitrogen, parathyroid hormone, creatinine and β_2 microglobulin between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the level of urea nitrogen in the study group was (17 ± 4) mmol / L, the level of parathyroid hormone was (117 ± 37) ng / L and the level of creatinine was (1327 ± 57) μmol / (11 ± 3) mg / L; the level of urea nitrogen in the control group was (20 ± 7) mmol / L, the level of parathyroid hormone was (597 ± 39) ng / L, the level of creatinine was (367 ± 61) μmol / L, and β 2 microglobulin level was (22 ± 5) mg / L. The biochemical test values in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (23.81%, 10/42) (7.14%, 3/42) (P <0.05). Conclusion Chronic renal failure patients treated with hemodiafiltration, can make the relevant symptoms can be significantly improved, the prognosis of patients with good, with clinical value.
