采煤工作面是矿井最基本的生产单元,工作面的生产状况直接影响着矿井物流系统组织方式的选择、物流效率和整个矿井生产系统的效能及矿井的年产量。通过对综采工作面生产系统的工作过程、生产工艺方式和采煤机的割煤工序流程的分析,构建了无故障状态下的采煤机工作循环过程的混合Petri网模型。并采用VisObjNet仿真软件,对其进行模拟,研究了工作面煤流的产生规律。
Coal mining face is the most basic production unit of mine. The production status of working face has a direct impact on the choice of organization mode of mine logistics system, logistics efficiency and the efficiency of the whole mine production system and annual output of mine. Based on the analysis of working process, production process and coal cutting process of coal mining machine, a hybrid Petri nets model of coal winning machine working cycle under no-fault condition is constructed. VisObjNet simulation software was used to simulate it and study the law of coal flow in working face.
