内部预算管理是现代企业管理的重要组成部分,银行作为现代企业一员,内部预算管理也是其经营管理中的重要内容。但是目前我国银行内部预算管理起步较晚,即使与此前相比内部预算管理水平已提高了不少,已初步建立起内部预算管理的体系框架,但是与其他发达国家的银行相比,我们还差的很远。本文主要就银行内部预算管理的问题进行探讨,针对当前国内银行内部预算管理中存在的问题,提出了改进的对策。
Internal budget management is an important part of modern business management. As a modern enterprise, internal budget management is also an important part of its management.
