目的:研究复方美登木片对实验性大鼠乳腺增生病的防治作用及其机制。方法:采用肌肉注射雌二醇和黄体酮法造成大鼠乳腺增生模型。结果:复方美登木片0.58g/kg、1.16g/kg、2.33g/kg能够明显减小雌二醇加黄体酮所致乳腺增生大鼠的乳房直径、乳头高度,减轻乳腺重量;能够降低乳腺增生程度,明显减少乳腺小叶数、小叶内腺泡数、腔内分泌物;此外,对性激素水平有明显的影响,复方美登木片1.16g/kg、2.33g/kg能够显著降低大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)水平,提高孕酮(P)水平,其起效剂量及剂量范围分别为:0.58g/kg,0.58~2.33g/kg。结论:复方美登木片对实验性大鼠乳腺增生病有明显的防治作用。
