中国物资再生利用总公司经营工作会议于七月十四日至十七日在兰州西北宾馆召开。各公司的经理、主管业务的副经理和财务部门的领导以及总公司机关各部门的负责人共60多人参加了会议。会议由姜治云总经理、张静波总会计师主持。会议首先传达学习了柳部长与交通银行总行长的谈话记录和陆副部长在部属公司经理任期目标责任制签字仪式上的讲话,交流了经营工作经验,聘任了公司经理,会上姜总与各直属公司经理签订了三年任期目标责任书。
The China Material Recycling Corporation’s management conference was held on July 14 to 17 at Northwest Hotel in Lanzhou. The company’s managers, deputy managers in charge of business, leaders of the financial department, and heads of departments and agencies of the head office attended the conference. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Jiang Zhiyun and Chief Accountant Zhang Jingbo. The meeting first conveyed and learned from the conversation record between Minister Liu and the Bank of Communications, and Deputy Minister Lu Lu’s speech at the signing ceremony of the company’s manager’s term responsibility system, exchanging business experience, and appointing company managers. Directly-owned company managers signed a three-year tenure target responsibility statement.
