目的对蛇葡萄根中的化学成分及其抗氧化活性进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ToyopearlHW 4 0柱色谱、SephadexLH 2 0柱色谱及半制备高效液相分离纯化 ,通过波谱解析及衍生物制备确定结构 ,并进行DPPH自由基捕获、还原、抗糖化试验。结果分离鉴定了 4个 艹氐 类化合物 ,均具有较强的抗氧化、抗糖化能力。结论这些 艹氐 类化合物具有治疗应用前景。
Objective To study the chemical constituents and antioxidant activity of snake grape roots. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, Toyopearl HW 40 column chromatography, Sephadex LH 20 column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid separation and purification were used to determine the structures by spectral analysis and derivative preparation, and DPPH free radical capture, reduction and anti-glycation tests were performed. The results identified four antimony compounds, all of which have strong anti-oxidation and anti-glycation abilities. Conclusion These terpenoids have therapeutic applications.
