最近,本刊编辑部连续接到职工递来的投诉信件或打来的投诉、咨询电话,诉说部分企业在职工个人不知情的情况下,或者仅仅口头上打个招呼,就径自剥夺了职工原有的工作岗位,而另行安排职工从事别的工作。投诉职工反复追问,企业这种行为到底是否合法?企业这种做法应不应该受到惩罚?职工权益到底有没有受到侵害?在回答这些问题之前,让我们先来看几宗投诉案件。
Recently, the editorial department of our staff continuously received complaint letters or complaints from employees, and inquired about the number of telephone calls.
