目的研究石蝉草Peperomia dindygulensis乙醇提取物中的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、薄层制备色谱及半制备高效液相色谱法,对石蝉草乙醇提取物氯仿萃取部位中的化学成分进行分离;通过理化性质、波谱技术、混合解析等手段相结合的方法,对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从石蝉草乙醇提取物氯仿萃取部位中分离得到2个新的聚酮类化合物,分别鉴定为(4S)-1,4-二羟基-2-(1′,13′-二酮基-十八碳-14′反式-烯基)-1-环己烯-3-酮(1)和(4S)-1,4-二羟基-2-(1′,14′-二酮基-十八碳-12′反式-烯基)-1-环己烯-3-酮(2)。结论化合物1和2均为新化合物,分别命名为石蝉草酮A和石蝉草酮B。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from ethanol extract of Peperomia dindygulensis. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, TLC and semi-preparative HPLC were used to separate the chemical constituents from the chloroform extraction site of the ethanolic extract of C. cicadae grass. By means of physicochemical properties, spectral analysis and hybrid analysis Methods, structural identification of compounds. Results Two new polyketides were isolated from the chloroform extraction site of the ethanolic extract of C. sinensis and identified as (4S) -1,4-dihydroxy-2- (1 ’, 13’-diketo- Octadec-14’-trans-alkenyl) -1-cyclohexen-3-one (1) and (4S) -1,4-dihydroxy-2- (1 ’, 14’-diketo- Octadec-12’-trans-alkenyl) -1-cyclohexen-3-one (2). Conclusions Compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds named as Cicadaeone A and Cicadainone B, respectively.
