应用扫描电镜和X-射线衍射测试,对在Ni-Cr-Mo-Cu合金中进行Fe掺杂的合金进行了微观组织观察和量化分析,表明该合金形成了基体和弥散相两种组织。使用Materials studio7.0材料计算软件对主要组织的超晶胞进行了结合能的计算,最终确定出了基体和弥散相的成分组成。
The microstructure and the quantitative analysis of the Fe-doped alloy in Ni-Cr-Mo-Cu alloy were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the alloy has two kinds of matrix and dispersed phase. Materials calculated using software Studio7.0 supercomplicated cells of the main organization of the binding energy calculations, and ultimately determine the composition of the matrix and the dispersed phase composition.
