对以三乙胺为模板剂的APO-5、SAPO-5型分子筛样品进行了水蒸气处理和酸处理。采用无定形强度卡方法分离样品中结晶相的衍射强度和无定形相的相干散射强度,测定了样品处理前后的结晶度,以及酸处理后样品失重率。实验结果表明,SAPO-5型分子筛的水热稳定性和耐酸性要高于APO-5型分子筛,SAPO-5型分子筛可在低于900℃的水热条件下稳定存在,但只能在弱酸性或中性介质中使用。
The samples of APO-5 and SAPO-5 zeolite with triethylamine as template were subjected to steam treatment and acid treatment. The diffraction intensity of the crystalline phase and the intensity of the amorphous phase in the sample were separated by the amorphous strength card method. The crystallinity of the sample before and after the sample was measured and the weight loss rate of the sample after the acid treatment were measured. The experimental results show that the hydrothermal stability and acid resistance of SAPO-5 molecular sieve are higher than that of APO-5 molecular sieve. The SAPO-5 molecular sieve can stably exist under hydrothermal conditions of less than 900 ℃, but only weakly Acid or neutral medium used.
