介绍我国煤炭企业人力资源管理现状,探讨存在的主要问题如用人制度僵化、分配制度滞后等,分析这些问题给企业长期发展带来的危害。提出通过转变管理理念、创新人力资源管理机制等思路改变这一现状,并具体阐释管理策略与制度,通过建立完善的管理制度、提高人力资源管理效率等手段促进煤炭企业的健康发展。
This paper introduces the current situation of human resource management in coal enterprises in our country, discusses the main problems such as the rigid system of employing people and the lag of distribution system, and analyzes the harm these problems bring to the long-term development of enterprises. It proposes to change this situation by changing management concepts and innovating human resource management mechanisms, and to explain management strategies and systems in detail, and to promote the healthy development of coal enterprises by means of establishing a sound management system and improving the efficiency of human resources management.
