采用我国郭氏酵母菌花环法对30例口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)患者及30例健康对照者红细胞免疫粘附功能进行了初步观察,以了解红细胞是否参与了 OLP 的免疫过程。结果发现,OLP 患者红细胞 C3b受体花环率及循环免疫复合物(CIC)花环率均较健康对照组升高。说明 OLP 患者红细胞免疫粘附功能较正常人增强,推测这可能是由于 CIC 增高后红细胞免疫功能的代偿性反应。这对于防止 CIC 在局部沉积造成体液免疫性损伤具有重要意义,为 OLP 细胞介导的免疫损伤提供了又一证据。
In our study, we observed the immune function of erythrocytes in 30 patients with oral lichen planus (OLP) and 30 healthy controls using the Saccharomyces Cerevisiae rosette method to understand whether erythrocytes are involved in the immune process of OLP. The results showed that rosette C3c receptor rosette rate and circulating immunocomplex (CIC) rosette rate in OLP patients were higher than those in healthy controls. These findings suggest that the erythrocyte immune adherence function in OLP patients is stronger than that in normal people, suggesting that this may be due to compensatory reaction of erythrocyte immune function after the increase of CIC. This is of great importance for preventing CIC from causing humoral immunity damage locally and provides yet another evidence for OLP cell-mediated immune damage.
