患者,女,30岁,住院号9201200。因卵巢肿瘤于1992年8月8日入院。无过敏史,从未接受过青霉素、链霉素治疗。入院诊断;卵巢肿瘤。于8月15日上午8点20分做青霉素、链霉素皮试,青霉素(华北制厂生产批号920753)。链霉素(华北制药厂生产批号920406)。于8点25分患者突然出现心慌,口唇麻木,胸闷,气短,呼吸困难,面色苍白,出冷汗,脉搏摸不到,神志不清,血压5/0kPa,诊断为过敏性休克。立即吸氧,静推50％
