本文应用电子线路计算机辅助分析的几种基本方法对几个放大电路进行分析,其主要内容为:(1)用公式法分析单管放大电路(C.E.C.B.C.C.)的静态工作点、电压放大倍数、输入电阻、输出电阻。(2)用公式法分析差动放大电路(长尾式及恒流源式)的静态工作点及单端输出与双端输出情况下的A_v、r_ir_o及ρ。(3)单级放大电路的设计。(4)用解线性方程组的方法—高斯消去法分析低频情况下负反馈放大电路的电压放大倍数。(5)用矩阵法对放大电路进行直流分析或交流分析。每部分都画出框图给出程序并附有实例,算法语言采用 BASIC语言。
In this paper, several basic methods of computer-aided analysis of electronic circuits are used to analyze several amplifier circuits. The main contents are as follows: (1) Analyze the static operating point, voltage amplification factor, input resistance , The output resistance. (2) Analyze the static operating point of the differential amplifying circuit (long tail type and constant current source type) and A_v, r_ir_o and ρ in the case of single-ended output and double-ended output by the formula method. (3) single-stage amplifier circuit design. (4) Analyze the voltage amplification factor of the negative feedback amplification circuit under the condition of low frequency by the method of solving linear equations - Gaussian elimination method. (5) using the matrix method to amplify the circuit for DC analysis or exchange analysis. Draw a block diagram of each part gives the program with examples, the algorithm language BASIC language.
