作者收集了孕期27—42周的105例正常孕妇,经腹羊膜穿刺所得105个羊水标本。穿刺时以骨盆尺测量宫底高度,穿刺后继续妊娠至自然分娩,产后测婴儿体重与身长结合最后月经时期,推定羊膜穿刺时妊娠的期限。以婴儿头一脚长度50厘米,体重3,150克作为妊娠40周的标准。羊水标本在2小时内,以750转离心20分钟分出细胞沉淀及上清液(含血或胎粪者弃之),对沉淀物作三种细胞学验查。离心后立即将细胞沉淀物放于载片上,以台盼蓝(Trypanblue)染色,测定活细胞的百分率;第二组用Humason指述的用油红O的脂质染色;第三组用Papanicolaou和Traut法染色,并以Flcyd的方法区分副基底、中间、角化前、角化、和无核鳞
The authors collected 105 cases of normal pregnant women 27-42 weeks of pregnancy, transabdominal amniocentesis obtained 105 amniotic fluid specimens. When the pelvis rupture to measure the height of the uterus, puncture to continue the pregnancy to natural childbirth, postpartum weight and length of the baby measured the last menstrual period, presumed the time of pregnancy amniocentesis. To the baby’s first leg length of 50 cm, weighing 3,150 grams as the standard of 40 weeks of pregnancy. Amniotic fluid specimens within 2 hours, centrifuged at 750 rpm for 20 minutes to separate the cell pellet and supernatant (blood or meconium were abandoned), the sediment for three cytological tests. Immediately after centrifugation, the cell pellet was placed on a slide, stained with Trypanblue to determine the percentage of viable cells; the second group was stained with Lipid O red as described by Humason; the third with Papanicolaou and Traut staining, and Flcyd method to distinguish between the sub-basal, middle, keratosis, keratosis, and non-nuclear scales
