本文以“APEC+OECD”环境产品清单为基础,通过分析2003~2013年中国环境产品贸易的相关数据,发现11年间中国环境产品出口贸易规模增长迅速、贸易结构以及出口市场稳定。在采用恒定市场份额模型的基础上,将中国环境产品出口变动的影响因素分解为结构效应和竞争力效应,分析了中国环境产品出口的影响因素。结果表明:环境产品整体竞争力的提升是中国环境产品出口贸易增长的主要源泉,而结构效应和交叉效应对出口贸易增长贡献较小。因此,中国应尽快制定和实施新的环境产品对外贸易发展战略,积极调整原有不合理的产品结构和市场结构,进一步增强中国环境产品的出口竞争力。
Based on the “APEC + OECD” environmental product list, this paper analyzes the data of China’s environmental trade from 2003 to 2013 and finds that the export trade of China’s environmental products has been growing rapidly in the 11 years and the trade structure and export market are stable. Based on the constant market share model, this paper decomposes the influencing factors of the change of China’s environmental product exports into the structural effect and competitiveness effect, and analyzes the influencing factors on the export of China’s environmental products. The results show that the overall competitiveness of environmental products is the main source of the growth of export of environmental products in China, while the structural effect and cross-effect contribute less to the growth of export trade. Therefore, China should formulate and implement a new strategy for the development of foreign trade in environmental products as soon as possible, and actively adjust its unreasonable product structure and market structure so as to further enhance the export competitiveness of China’s environmental products.
