随着我国艺术设计产业的不断发展,社会对艺术类人才的要求不断提高,高校艺术设计专业人才培养模式的创新成为艺术设计业界普遍关心的问题。文章结合我国高校艺术设计专业的现状,对我国高校艺术设计专业人才培养模式的创新、存在的问题以及解决对策等各个方面进行了分析阐述,提出了以社会需求为目标的人才培养方案,积极推进以实践性教学为核心的课程体系,努力探索多元化多层次的实践活动,以构建高校教育最有效的人才培养模式。
With the continuous development of the art design industry in our country, the social demand for art talents has been continuously raised. The innovation of the training pattern of art design professionals in colleges and universities has become a common concern in the art and design industry. Based on the current situation of art design major in colleges and universities in our country, this article analyzes and elaborates the innovation, existing problems and countermeasures of talent training mode of art design professionals in colleges and universities in our country, puts forward the plan of talent cultivation based on the social needs and actively promotes To practice teaching as the core curriculum system, and strive to explore a wide range of multi-level practice in order to build the most effective education in higher education personnel training mode.
